III. Terms of Academic Guardianship & Jurisdictional Delegation

The Applicant acknowledges that the International Omega Academy (hereinafter "the Academy") operates as a sovereign educational entity. Acceptance of this scholarship constitutes a voluntary agreement to the Academy's Comprehensive Fiduciary Oversight Protocol.

By executing this document, the Applicant (and their legal representatives) hereby delegates in loco parentis authority and exclusive jurisdictional supervision to a Designated Institutional Sponsor (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor shall exercise plenary administrative control over the Applicant's residency, personal conduct, and contractual obligations to ensure strict adherence to the Academy’s excellence standards. This delegation of protective custody and decision-making authority shall be irrevocable and remain in full legal force until the formal conferral of the Applicant’s degree and subsequent discharge from the Academy’s oversight registry. Failure to comply with the Sponsor’s directives shall be deemed a material breach of this scholarship instrument.
